Here are some tips on how to prepare some graphics for the systems letterhead and reports.

The final PDF or hi-res JPG images should be sized as shown below and will be displayed on white backgrounds.

 

Letterhead Header
You can put the address info with the graphic or use the footer element for the address.
500 pix wide by 100 pix deep.

Letterhead Footer
Usually 9-12 point font.
500 pix wide by 100 pix deep.

Report Graphics
Usually just your logo.
100 pix wide by 50 pix deep.

Before sending them to us, could you please do some test prints yourself incorporating these graphics using MS Word on another app to make sure they look crisp and sharp. We find PDF’s work best.
